It’s equivalent to an MBA and caters to high-potential fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of experience. PGPpro is an 18-month learning experience for working professionals and entrepreneurs. It helps them arrive at deep strategic and leadership insights that empower them to become global leaders. In terms of content and rigour, ISB’s PGPpro is equivalent to an Executive MBA, but Indian regulations do not allow independent institutions such as ISB to grant a Master’s degree. Students will, however, receive a certificate of completion of the Post Graduate Program in Management for Working Professionals.
